These Terms of Service govern your use of NuriPass, including our website at getnuripass.com, our shop at shop.getnuripass.com, and all associated products and services. By accessing or using NuriPass, you agree to these terms.

1. About NuriPass

NuriPass is a digital allergy passport platform that allows users to create and share allergy profiles via QR code and NFC technology. NuriPass is intended to provide accessible allergy information to caregivers, educators, restaurant staff, and first responders.

NuriPass does not provide medical advice. The information in your profile is provided by you and is not reviewed or verified by NuriPass. Always consult a qualified medical professional for diagnosis, treatment, and emergency care guidance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a NuriPass account. If you are creating a profile on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that individual and have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your allergy profile and keeping your account credentials secure. NuriPass is not responsible for any harm resulting from inaccurate information entered into your profile or from unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to share your account with others or use the platform for any purpose other than managing allergy profiles for yourself or individuals in your care.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

NuriPass subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Refunds on digital products and subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy at shop.getnuripass.com/policies/refund-policy.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. NuriPass does not store your payment information.

5. Physical Products

Physical products purchased through shop.getnuripass.com, including wristbands, Smart Bands, and other accessories, are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Personalized items are produced to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Some products are fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner. NuriPass remains responsible for your order experience and can be reached at support@getnuripass.com for any issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on getnuripass.com and shop.getnuripass.com, including the NuriPass name, logo, product designs, copy, and software, is the property of NuriPass LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NuriPass provides allergy profile tools to support communication between users and the people around them. We are not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuriPass LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products, including any harm resulting from delayed, missed, or misread allergy information.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuriPass LLC, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your allergy profile content, or your violation of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of NuriPass after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
