REFUND POLICY
At NuriPass, every order is processed with care. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products & Subscriptions All digital purchases, including NuriPass app subscriptions and gift cards, are non-refundable once activated. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at support@getnuripass.com and we will make it right.
Physical Products (Wristbands & Smart Bands) We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, email support@getnuripass.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We do not cover return shipping costs for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections.
Personalized Items Because NuriPass wristbands and Smart Bands are personalized to your child's allergy profile, we are unable to accept returns on customized orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items only. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
