SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship NuriPass currently ships within the United States only. We are working to expand internationally and will announce when that becomes available.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Personalized wristbands and Smart Bands may require additional production time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Custom & Print-on-Demand Items Some NuriPass products, including apparel and select accessories, are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because these items are custom printed specifically for you, they may take up to 14 business days to arrive after your order is placed. These items may also ship separately from other products in your order. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days for standard items and up to 14 business days for custom print-on-demand items, after your order ships.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number as items may ship separately. Allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipment notification.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not moved in 7 business days, contact us at support@getnuripass.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
NuriPass is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.
